With the support of the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF), the meetings are continuing within the framework of the ongoing project "Raising  awareness of the students and youth of the regions about the quality of drinking water and water resources" in the Energy Training Center.

This time, training on the quality of drinking water for students of 5 different schools in Kutaisi is being conducted in an interactive mode. The training is conducted by the director of GNERC's water supply department, Mr. Giga Nadiradze. Certificates will be given to the participants after the training.

The goal of the project - "Raising awareness of the students and youth of the regions about the quality of drinking water and water resources" is to increase the level of awareness of the students and youth of the regions in the issues of drinking water quality and water as an energy source, to raise interest of the students and youth in the topics of energy efficiency and energy saving in the target municipalities, to strengthen the idea of care and protection of water resources, to promote the establishment of sustainable mechanisms to increase the involvement of young people. As a result of the initiative, more than 300 young people will receive information about the quality and resources of drinking water.
